What we collect and why

Only the details you send us through the contact form (name, email, optional phone and information about your event), to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Legal basis

Taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): you write to us so that we can answer you and prepare a proposal. If we end up working together, the basis is the contract itself.

How long we keep it

While we deal with your enquiry and, if we do not end up working together, for up to one year after our last contact, in case you get back to us about the same event; then we delete it. If you hire us, we keep what tax and commercial law require us to keep (up to six years).

Who we share it with

The form is sent from our own web hosting (Raiola Networks, Spain) to our mailbox. The website runs behind Cloudflare, which protects it and checks, with Turnstile, that the form is not sent by a robot. In some of our song guides, if you press ▶ to hear a preview, the audio is loaded from Apple (iTunes), which receives your IP address as with any website visit; nothing from Apple loads until you press it. We do not share your details with anyone else or use them for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
