Support where you need it
Venue sourcing, catering, sound and lighting, furniture, floral styling, musicians, performers, photography, video or on-site coordination — alongside the suppliers you already have.
Give us your brief: we develop the production plan, source and coordinate suppliers, organise logistics and oversee delivery. For visiting groups, also accommodation, transfers, restaurants and activities.
If the concept is still taking shape, we help develop ideas and work out how to deliver them within the venue, schedule and budget.
A working arrangement that fits your agency
We support event agencies, wedding planners, producers and venues. Before work begins, we agree responsibilities, communication and how we are presented to the end client — under your brand, or as your named local production partner. We can sign an NDA, and we never contact your client directly.
What we don't do: we don't contact or sell to your client, and we don't show your event as our own work without your permission. We are not a rental company: we coordinate trusted suppliers rather than owning the equipment. We work in Barcelona and Catalonia.
